Introductions

Our process begins with introducing you to our leadership team to ensure that we are a mutual fit. All agencies will not be a fit for us and we will not be a fit for all agencies. We take time to walk each owner through our organization structure, our locations, and how we operate. We want to get to know you, your family, your agency’s legacy and your perpetuation goals!

Your Legacy & Story

We then listen to your story, your legacy, and what you would like to accomplish through this process. Once we become comfortable with your goals and you become comfortable with us and our goals we move into an initial valuation of your agency.

Making an Offer

Our goal is to provide you with an initial offer for your agency within 10 business days. If we come to terms, we provide you with documentation of our financial backing and the next steps for moving into the due diligence phase.

Our experience tells us we will not be successful with every opportunity. However, we have found that every seller walks away with a better understanding of their organization and the internal drivers of their valuation.
